The Problem
(without the blame)

Across London, too many homes sit idle while too many people wait for the safety and stability of supported living. Landlords carry the stress of empty or mismatched lets; providers face growing caseloads, and too few suitable options, which can force delays or declined care packages. It’s not a lack of goodwill—it’s a missing connection. Property stands ready. People stand ready. The system doesn’t always bring them together fast enough.  That's where we come in and make the connections!

Our Vision
(the world we’re building)

Turning every vacant/mismatched home into a beacon of care, a bridge to opportunity and a foundation for lifelong belonging.

We purposefully match the right homes to the right needs, then negotiate balanced, transparent lease terms and manage everything to completion. Landlords regain peace of mind with a reliable, mission‑aligned tenancy. Providers secure, safe and compliant homes for the people they support—quickly and with care.

Why it works

  • Care‑first mindset: dignity, stability and belonging guide decisions.
  • Strategic Matching: needs‑led criteria, not guesswork.

  • Quality vetting: suitability, compliance and safeguarding at the core.
How
How It Works
(simple, credible, partnership‑ready)
Listen & define: We capture provider needs and assess landlord homes against clear, needs‑led criteria.

Vetting & readiness: We review suitability, accessibility, safety and compliance requirements.

Match & agree terms: We propose the strongest fit and negotiate fair, balanced lease terms for both parties.

Paperwork & checks: We coordinate documentation, compliance evidence and sign‑off.

Handover: We support move‑in readiness and a smooth start to the tenancy.

Aftercare (as needed): Light‑touch check‑ins during the early phase to ensure a stable start. Support lease extensions if needed.

Delivery & Funding Model

Our delivery model is built on partnership and transparency.

We manage the journey end‑to‑end—from needs assessment and vetting through to lease execution and handover.

Fixed, aligned fees: We charge one month’s rent from each party, split into two equal stages—50% on signed agreement and 50% on lease commencement. You only complete payment once the tenancy is live. No retainers. No hidden extras.

For Landlords/property investors we offer an optional property finding/sourcing service matched to a supported living provider - hands-free business - our fee - 2% of the purchase price.

Who We Work With
  • Supported‑Living Providers (mental health, learning disability, care‑experienced young people, and other specialist pathways)

  • Local Authorities & Housing Associations seeking reliable partners and move‑on pathways

  • Landlords & Portfolio Owners with under‑used or suitable homes (incl. studios, 1–3 bed units, small/large HMOs, accessible/adaptable homes,  Guest houses / small hotels (C1), former care homes (C2), residential investments and mixed-use with uppers)

Geography: Mainly London and surrounding areas. We do have requirements across England, as the need is great.

Long‑Term Impact

Over the next five years, we aim to create 1,000 safe, stable supported tenancies—unlocking 365,000 nights of security, routine and care. For landlords, that means re‑activating assets with purpose. For residents, it means safety, dignity, confidence and a renewed sense of self‑worth. For communities, it means stronger neighbourhoods and reduced pressure on emergency services and temporary accommodation.
Return on Impact (RoI*)
Inputs → our matching and coordination, fixed‑fee structure, and compliance checks.

Outputs → homes activated, tenancies sustained, faster move‑ins.

Outcomes → improved wellbeing, stability, engagement with education/work, lighter load on crisis services.

Value → measurable public‑sector savings + human benefits that compound over time.

We’re building a simple impact framework your team can review—aligning placement data with wellbeing and tenancy‑sustainment indicators.

Founder’s Story
(Why we care)

After years as a property consultant, my work became personal when I tried to secure housing for a loved one. I came face to face with the silent truth behind the headlines of a “housing crisis”: the most vulnerable are often left out of the conversation entirely.  Soon after, I heard Dillon Dhanecha speak about the Purposeful Property Project’s ambition to house 10,000 vulnerable people by 2027 and restock social housing at the same scale. His energy and clarity were contagious. I decided to pivot—bringing my skills to the social care space as a match‑maker between landlords and supported‑living providers.

With SafeHaven Connect, I’ve set a focused goal: house 1,000 vulnerable people in five years. The journey is collaborative—working with care providers, housing associations, local authorities and mission‑minded landlords to make every placement count.

Our Commitments

Care‑first: dignity, safety and belonging before everything.

Transparency: clear briefs, fair terms, fixed fees.

Compliance: safeguarding, safety standards and suitability checks as standard.

Partnership: collaborative problem‑solving with providers and landlords.

Learning: measure outcomes; improve continuously.

That’s why we champion energy-efficient upgrades, support long-term tenancies that reduce waste, and prioritise properties with strong sustainability ratings. We share green housing know-how with our partners and continually measure our impact—because protecting people and the planet should go hand in hand.

Everyone deserves a safe haven to call Home. We partner with landlords, local authorities, housing associations and care providers to serve people from all walks of life, embracing different cultures, abilities and identities. We uphold equality—equal access and no discrimination, in line with the Equality Act 2010—practise equity by tailoring support to different needs, and foster inclusion so everyone belongs. With fairness and transparency, we’re building a housing network that reflects the richness of our communities.
